Best Western Inn At The Rogue

The staff made our stay so much pleasant even under our stressful circumstances. I felt very welcome from all of the staff super friendly and helpful. The General manager even came out to check on us as we were getting ready to leave. It would have been easy to dismiss us in our circumstances instead the staff was kind and compassionate.

We thought we had booked the motel in grants pass but when we arrived at our destination we realized it was in rogue River hesitant we checked in anyways and we were so glad that we did. This motel offers peace and serenity from the busyness of grants pass he were welcomed by so many smiles and hellos from all of the staff, they were constantly cleaning and organizing. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was perfect temperature. I love that the breakfasts were from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. a little bit more time for not so much the early riser. The beds were nice and firm overall just a really good stay! We will definitely be back.

When my wife made the reservations the same night we were going to be here, she was told we were getting the last room. When we checked in, we both thought the music was too loud in the lobby. I’m glad our room was far away from the front desk. We were on the second floor facing the truck parking lot. Didn’t know this would be where we would be. When making reservations and you can’t do steps, because there isn’t an elevator be sure to say something. Not a problem for us but did notice some reviews about people complaining about it. We did have a connecting door, but our neighbors were very quiet. Everyone was quiet in this motel. I never had to put earplugs in. I liked that the a/c fan ran all the time. Liked the nightlight in the bathroom. There are two places to plug in your EV. A sign at the front desk said EV owners can only charge their vehicle at 20% to 30%. I don’t know anything about charging EVs, since I have ICE vehicles, so I don’t know how long that would take. Cons. The price. No face towels in room. Poor guy or gal parked next to me had left a window partly open and it was raining. I told the front desk guy, but nothing was done. Came out in the morning and window was still down. The front desk people ask for plates of vehicles on paper so I won’t think it would be that hard to find. Breakfast. Out of a lot of things at 8:30 am. Told the front desk gal. Took a while but things were finally filled up.
